The doctors at Wilson Family Chiropractic are certified in the Webster Technique. The Webster technique is a series of adjustments and stretches that cater to the changing biomechanics of a pregnant mother through all stages of pregnancy. The goal of this technique to restore normal biomechanics of a pregnant mother by correcting misalignments and joint dysfunction to the sacrum, pubic bone and other structures associated with pregnancy. In doing so, function in the pelvis is improved and balance is restored, thus helping the mother feel better and function optimally.

Prenatal chiropractic adjustments have also been shown to help the body improve many common pregnancy complaints such as but not limited to: Sciatica, acid reflux, sleeping challenges, low back pain, pubic bone pain, round ligament pain, headaches and improve overall comfort.
